We are happy
to host Chef Jono Hawthorne as our latest Chef of the Month. Moving from a successful stint on the pop-up scene with his XO Supper Club, to a permanent residence in the West suburbs of Leeds with Feed, Chef Jono brings a fresh, modern and relaxed approach to eating out. Joining the already successful partnership of Chef Luke Downing and Laura MacLeod (Vice & Virtue fame), Jono has a culinary background embedded in Michelin success beginning with The Box Tree in Ilkley, Noma in Denmark as well as the renowned Quay in Sydney, Australia – it’s experience most chefs could only dream of.
Here Chef Jono gives us a little insight in to his likes and dislikes… some may surprise you!
