6. Your Awards: Best Hotel Dining by the California Restaurant Association, San Diego in 2007, 2008, 2009.

7. Your Cooking Inspiration: Hunger. When you enjoy food as much as I do, you learn quickly.

8. Your Speciality Dish: Mussels & Chorizo in a tomato, chardonnay and garlic broth.

9. Favorite Dish To Eat: A big cheese plate that includes Roaring 40’s blue and Scharfe Maxx 360.

10. Weirdest Thing You Ever Ate: Guinea Pig in Peru… it actually tasted like pork, but it sounds weird.

11. Favorite Ice Cream Flavor: Pistachio with salted pretzels.
